Absolutely magnificent! Pristine, spotless crystal clear waters. Plenty of Parking, picnic tables, and bbqs available. Incredible sunsets

The sound of loon calls, sites that you can launch your kayak from, a beach area with epic sunsets, hot showers. It's gorgeous. The only negative is that items were stolen from my campsite when I was away. Luckily it was relatively small stuff. A Rubbermaid bin full of odds and ends and orange levelers that were half broken anyway. I would stay here again.

Beautiful location right next to moosehead lake Great camping facility Easy access for boats to enter the lake

Don’t feed the wildlife! This place was great i mean the deer will come straight up to you and want to be your best friend. Took a day trip here with the wife and in-laws and we had a great time. Theres no running water at the camp sites but we still made the most of it. The area is gorgeous and its worth it just to see Moosehead lake. If you want to relax by a campfire, listen to the looms on the lake and see more stars than you ever have before, this is the place for you. Awesome place for kids or if you have pets. Just an all around good time

Yes, early October is beautiful. Can be cool nights so just be prepared.
You can Pick some up at a local roadside seller on your way. Not so sure they sell it in the park. Best to call and. Check
Yes to both questions. I've had my dog there camping with the wife and kids, very nice playground right near the beach, great spot to spend the day or longer!
I'm sure you can as they have a mail box on the park road.
No but you get the whole Maine wilderness experience. I prefer to camp with out. Lilly Bay is really nice!
Great camping sites with showers and out houses. Great fishing, scenery and hiking. The lake is huge so for us the best time is July and August.
You sure can! There is an entry fee per person. I can't remember what it is but it isn't much. You can use the playground, villeyball and basketball courts (bring your own ball) ,beach, boat launch, and hiking trails. They have little charcoal grills too.
Look. At site layout, best fishing I hear is from boat dock. So look at those sites near dock if fishing is your vacation interest
Best place to camp in the summer, but there are better trails outside the park, so not worth just a day trip. If you are talking about Moose you will see them in the area bit probably need to go to a nearby pond to see them vs in the park itself.
Moose can be elusive. Possibly most likely deer and other wildlife. Moose tours available nearby Greenville
Park has a playground, grassy area, a beach and swim area, boat launch, and several Picnic tables and charcoal grills near Dunn Point side. On the Rowell Cove side there is also a boat launch. There are trails between the two points and around the park. I believe the park rangers often do nature activities for families periodically. Bring a canoe or kayak as many of the sites are right on the water, also plenty of hiking in the area.
