Our experience with Lazy Boy was great. Our salesperson, Marlene Plaza, was easy to work with and not in the least a pushy sales pitch. Marlene was training but her coworkers were listening out for her and when she didn't know the answer, they would come over and sort-of join in the conversation. Real teamwork. We were just starting our search so Marlene gave us a card to contact her with any questions. She texted me a few days later to check in. We had decided to make the purchase at Lazy Boy. They have made the process easy. Originally, the time frame for delivery was about 4 months, yesterday we received a call from Marlene that our new sofa would be here in the next 3 weeks!

My husband & I wanted a quality reclining sofa in a specific color & a fair price. We went to La-Z- Boy in Greenville SC & found an awesome salesman, David. Not only was he knowledgeable of the merchandise but gave us several choices that would meet our needs. Also can't beat the La-Z- Boy warranty! Keith & Sheila Rogers

Judy was great. Though the selection is limited as is everything today. Had to go with 2nd choice. Was in and out with chair in 30 mins. Sitting in it now. Very nice. Though my first choice was better hence the 4 stars
