In fact, starting in late April, we will no longer use the Sears Outlet name and it will be removed entirely from all of our materials and business operations.

The 50% off is somewhat of a stretch to me as sometimes you dont readily see the items sold at the MSRP they are discounting from in local stores. If you can find an appliance with very few defects or defects in areas that wont matter to you, this may be a good place to buy.
