At this particular location you can't. From my own experience
You can however the card ID and driver's license must match. Also the agent will place a hold on your account for the cost of the rental and additional money. The cost of the rental will be deducted from the over charge.
Most car rental services prefer credit cards or over debt cards. Check with the vendor before booking.
