The lines in Boston were terribly long ..

Excellent service & vehicles. Rented a truck this time because the price was right. Both pick up & drop off was easy. At the arrival gate the Avis shuttle was waiting to take us to the lot where our Tundra was waiting. The driver dropped us off right in front of it. Keys were in it and we were off to enjoy our long weekend with family. Coming back was a quick easy drop-off. The waiting shuttle brought us to the terminal.

Got there at 11:00 p.m. on Friday night September 16th and we did not get our rental car till about 1:00 in the morning. Yes, it took 2 hours! Not sure what the problem was but being that it's the only rental car place that's open 24 hours I guess that's just where everybody goes and they were totally understaffed for the amount of people that showed up. I guess it's not really their fault because no one wants to work anymore.

I suggest calling then to find out
Just keep it. They will prorate the bill after you drop it off
Uber
If I understand them there's a flat rate to use it and then per toll usage. You can call them at any time and they will clarify.
I went around noon and allot of cars were available
Because travel is down, they have a reduced staff. Waited 20-25 minutes before the Hertz shuttle offered to drop us off at Avis. Call them directly!
I don't know. But I think the same price that they paid for a fill-up. Because that is your responsibility. The contract says that and you sign the agreement.
It all depends on getting a rental quote way in advance of the day you need the vehicle and how high on-demand car rentals are for the specific timeframe.
When you return your vehicle at Avis, then you'll need to take the Avis shuttle bus back to the transfer point at Terminal A and take a red or blue route shuttle bus to the appropriate airline terminal.
I will NEVER rent from them again. They are trying to scam us and say we had a pet in the car when we didn't. Disputing the charge, but they were rude on the phone and threatened me with a smoking in the car fee when we dont smoke. Poor business practices!
Keep trying
Return is in the west building and to rent a car is at 25 Bowery Bay Boulevard at LaGuardia
I dont think anyone can, neither Google nor e-zpass itself. Too many variables involved.
