Easy out and easy in. I’d recommend going early. It’s not a super pretty location (it’s in a parking garage) but you are close to the west side highway and a fast exit.

Agent at pickup yelled and me repeatedly yelling "your mother" even when I tried to drive away after asking for 5 minutes to go get things from upstairs before driving

First and last time renting from here. I drove with a faulty tire the whole time and had to get it fixed on my own time AND dime. The mechanic I eventually found said that it was obvious that the tire had been distressed prior and someone did a botched job attempting to fix it. I’m now getting a refund…Avis told me it could take 10-21 days. Also, my final bill had an extra $40 tacked onto it for no reason explained, and this is after I prepaid for my rental. I returned the car in EXCELLENT condition. I wouldn’t rent here again.

Can't tell. Varies a lot from day to day. You need to go in website or call.
You can do that at any rental location. You can also call customer service and do that but its easier to do it in person to avoid any hassles
