We have reserved a car to be given at 11:30, it is 1:45 pm now and still now car. Everytime we were put on hold by saying 15 mins for the last 3 hours. We missed a wedding ceremony. Also they are giving a small car. They are saying bringing from another branch which is 10 mins away and the guy is saying 10 mins everytime they call. If they would tell we dont have, we would just leave. I do not know what they are doing. We even said ok for a smaller car and they hopefully will give us a van instead of elite premium suv. By far the worst experience I have ever had renting a car. 2+ hour wait for a pick-up truck when we ordered a sedan. EXTREMELY rude attendants refusing to take the car back at the scheduled time because "their lot was full" and that it "wasn't their problem", offering us zero alternatives and forcing us to find overnight parking to return the car in the morning. Absolutely disgraceful that they couldn't do the BARE MINIMUM of their responsibility. Budget, if you see this review, I hope this location and its employees don't represent your company, because it and they are complete, utter garbage. I am never using your service again and I implore others not to as well.

Do not rent a car from here. We had to wait over two hours past our scheduled pick up time to get our car to only be offered a vehicle that would not fit all of us. When we returned the car before the schedule drop off time, we were told that they cannot accept it because they do not have space. That makes absolutely no sense and should not be our responsibility. The worker was extremely rude and was not helpful at all. A complete waste of our time and money.

I had a wild goose chase through NYC to recover two valuable items left in my rental car returned to this location. While the car couldn't be found in their system, the two gentlemen working the counter put in a good effort to search the garage by foot (two times!) and then offered recommendations which ultimately helped me locate the car at another location and recover the items.
