Super slow, and they charge you late fees even when you return your car within your 24hr rental agreement. Always check your receipt with them because they are always trying to add hidden fees. This is the 3rd time this has happened with this location i wont be renting from here anymore.

I prepaid for a car. It it is understanding that I should have the car in my possession for that time. At other rental car companies there is flexibility on the pickup window, if you're late and you've pre paid you should still have access to the car. My car was not available and I had to pay for a more expensive one that was huge and cost me an arm and a leg to refuel. The day trip cost me about $60 more than I was anticipating. Annoying. * I will say that the woman behind the desk, Michelle was very helpful, sweet and very detail oriented. Budget was going to charge $70 in gas even though I refilled the tank and she managed to catch that and delete the charge. I was incredibly grateful for that. (But irritated that the error was made in the first place from the company)
