I’ve been renting here for an long time I’ve seen many different people working here but one person who’s been there the longest is an guy name Nate he’s very kind professional and hard working always going above an beyond with everyone he helps though he’s only clean cars I see him helping everyone keep up the stellar job Nate see ya soon my guy

I never leave a bad review but I would avoid this place. They rented me a car with an expired registration…. I was going for a dmv commercial license test and couldn’t because of the expired registration. Then I went back to ask for a refund for the massive inconvenience and I was told because it is a New Jersey vehicle it doesn’t need to have a valid registration in the car. WT... I don’t care if that’s the rule in Jersey since I am renting the car in NY to drive it in NY.. They should have at least let me know about this New Jersey rule so that if I were to be pulled over I would have known to tell the cop to check the plate to see the registration in the system. If you’re gonna rent from here check that first but it’s probably better to rent from somewhere else considering the staff was rude and they all ganged up on me like it was my fault that: 1. They gave me a vehicle with an expired registration and 2. I didn’t know the vehicle registration rules of New Jersey.

This location is very clean and the customer service was fast and wonderful. I had the pleasure to work with Wilson. He was very helpful and friendly. Knowing that NYC car rental experience can be stressful, this one has been a breath. Definitely recommend this location.
