Waited for 2 hours, in a parking garage during 90° heat, to pick up a rental car. One hour into my wait a Budget employee finally addressed the issue and stated that they wanted to show "respect" to everyone in line

The reserved car was not available at the pickup location. A smaller alternative was provided, which fit our luggage with no space left. I would have expected a heads-up and some alternative solutions.

So my wife rents this car from Budget and the rear brakes were Bad so much so that you could hear the grinding of the pads, you would think they would at least run a safety check counter people were helpful but their needs to be better communication amongst staff. You rent a car an expect it to be in proper working order.
