They were great here. They were so fast and efficient I was in and out so quick. I’ve only ever experienced 1 rental car company before them and it was horrible but not these guys. My car is in the shop due to repairs and I was given and good up to date vehicle and they even provided Clorox wipes so I can wipe the interior down !! 10/10

Worst experience of my life. The car didn't run at all. The tow service was slow, mean, hard to understand and I don't know why we had to wait 5 hours in the middle of nowhere to get another car, while their enployees told us that we would have to pay parking bills or whatever. No compensation at all for all these.

Very good rental. Customer service is fast and our consultant was very nice and helpful to us with everything we needed, offering us various advice. There were no Niw queues and the service at a very high level. She did not leave us alone for a moment. They took care of us from the beginning until we left. The downside is the high rental prices, but the help we experienced here and the kindness of employees eliminate all the disadvantages. Clearly the best rental shop in New York. A BIG PLUS FOR CUSTOMERS IN EUROPE In Europe, 90% of us use chip / chip cards, not magnetic ones. The rental is one of the few in New York that offers payment with a chip card. In other rentals, you will not get NOTHING without a magnetic card

Well you can go to the airport and but to return it back to the place uou rented it they open up that to think I one o'clock or 2 o'clock
They do have them but you have to make reservations.
They let you add as many drivers as you want, but there is a fee attached to that. I am not sure what the fee is, but some rentals have fees as little as $13 per day but also cap the fee. You will have to call them.
There are a few piers nearby It depends which one the ship docks on. But most of the ships I've seen docking are not too far from the rental location.
