I have been a member for many years, but one day I when to deposit a check and the teller assumed my check was fake. After a long wait she accepted the check, but put it on hold. I had the money on deposit to cover the check, so it was weird to handle me this way. After years and many loans at the place I removed my money and zeroed my credit card. I now have a new CU for my banking needs.

I just want to say, neighborhood credit union is amazing. I've been banking with them since I was a teenager, and I am now 27 years old. They conduct business so professionally. Anytime there is potential fraud I receive an email/text, and I call the 24 hour line to resolve it quickly. I receive my checks from my job a day early because NCU does their job on time.
