I just recently moved in 3 weeks ago a great place, great staff, good experience so far, very calm environment. Had two small maintenance request were done the next day.

Practice positivity

It was a nice place to live, the apartments were relatively quiet and we had a safe experience but before you move anywhere i would always advise to check the crime stats at the records department which is usually downtown, in this case its on N. Galloway in Mesquite. The apartments were also very affordable and i did not have any pest problems, it may take a little time to get your deposit back like with most places but i did still eventually end up receiving the full check. I moved out in 2018 but overall it was a nice living experience and it may be worth at least going to take a look at if you are looking for a new place.

I lived here for 2 years. It was my best apartment renting experience since I moved to TX period! I've rented at 5 other complexes so I have something to compare it to, lol. Love the location, love the staff, competitive rental rates, nice apartments, water only $10 per month, the neighbors are quiet, the grounds are pretty and the staff takes care of business. If I ever needed to rent an apartment again I wouldn't want to be anywhere else!
