There's a trio of kids that work here that were nice and funny, but also good workers. One was named Mason (or Jesse. He was manning the register) and was a swell dude. The orders were right, which is difficult for workers double their age, and they were very fast. Nice interior to this one, too!

I got latte from them and when I was picking up my drink at the window I saw that there was a hair on my lid when gave back and asked for another one they waited a minute and gave me the same on back minus the hair. I could see the whole thing from my car because I was by window. When I went in to complain about it. They charge me for another latte so they can give me a new one. I wish I recorded the whole thing.

Horrible long wait at 3pm in the afternoon. Gave up and drove away. Literally a problem every time I go. And I love Dunkin coffee but not waiting in a ridiculously long drive through line

A tip jar is put out as a reward for exceptional service. Feel free to leave a tip if you want. It is not a requirement. What I can tell you is, that the more people that receive a tip in this world regardless of "base" pay. The more that people will understand the importance of tipping. So if you are trying to support servers who "work" for tips. You should support tipping for exception service for everyone and not just based on pay. If I get exception service I reward those people with a tip. Garbage men, tow truck drivers, mailmen/women, mechanics, you name it!
