Considering that it says online and on the sign posted in the door that they are open until 8 M-F, it’s pretty frustrating that I showed up to pick up something real quick at 7:40 and they are closed.

I agree with the comment about being treated like a nuisance. If you work there, shouldn't I expect some guidance from you. When I swipe my card for $130 worth of chemicals, I don't expect to hear the pool specialist making fun of people like me who need some direction with what chemicals to get! I won't go back.

Yes! We have multiple kinds for above ground and in ground pools. We do match prices.

We do not carry 40 pound buckets of chlorinating tablets. Our largest is 25 pounds at the year round-price of $84.99, but they are often on sale at our location.
Sorry Donna, I believe this store only carries pool supplies like chemicals, cleaners and such. Watson's in Cincinnati is where they sell pools I believe.
