They make you wait a long time when you made an appointment beforehand. Very unprofessional and they take too long talking even though they have people waiting.

I called and made an appointment for my kids. When we showed up on time, we were told it would be at least an hour wait. No explanation was provided, so I downloaded the Great Clips app and made an appointment there within 15 minutes. I then drove accross town and Great Clips was very busy, but their automated appointment system worked very well and my kids got there haircuts at the time we were told they would.
