Please do not support pet stores. They usually get their animals from mills and it’s a horrible experience for them. No reputable breeder would sell to pet stores. Don’t believe the owner if they’re saying otherwise, maybe they don’t even think they’re doing anything wrong. Do your own research if you don’t believe me! Adopt don’t shop, plenty of abandoned animals from irresponsible owners need more loving homes!

I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to write this one. I had always vowed to never buy a puppy from a pet store but we ended up stumbling upon Queens Puppy. We had been talking about getting a puppy for a while, and ‘just wanted to look’. At first, Steve asked us if we had an appointment (we did not) and we thought we weren’t going to be able to see the puppies, but he relented and let us look at them and hold them. We immediately saw our puppy and then and there decided we needed him. We were able to take him home the next day, once he’d been washed and prepped with supplies. The puppies are in small cages with water bottles. Yes, it is not the cleanest or most ideal situation for the puppies, but puppies themselves are not clean and I did see some puppies together in a larger cage (good for socialization) and the cages have metal bars, which mean the puppies can breathe well, see and smell each other (and the humans that come through), and hear well! I have been to several pet stores where the cages are glass, and this is far better and these puppies looks miles happier and more animated. Additionally, when we picked up our puppy, they literally walked us to the vet so we could make our first appointment. We were also given lots of food, a toy that our puppy loved, bowls and everything we needed to make sure our pup would be healthy and happy to start off his new life. I still do not agree with pet store puppies, but I AM very happy that Queens Puppy is the store that we gave our business to. I get the impression that they care, and while it does operate as a business, it seems like they genuinely want the puppies to be happy and to go to good homes. Our little guy IS timid (not sure if that’s mostly genetic or the fact he was probably there for a while) but he’s very gentle and sweet, gets the zoomies and plays with us like any normal puppy would, and has had only extra positive reviews of his health thus far. This is probably the longest review I’ve ever written, but I hope this helps anyone who is doing their research!

If you know about puppy mills...this store is sure to be getting their dogs from one. The poor dogs are in a small cage, no soft flooring for their paws which can be a problem in their adult life, dirty, and not stimulated. Please don't purchase from these whole in the wall pet shops. Certifications of breeders info should be transparent and you should be able to research whether it comes from a reputable place. Lastly , if you adopt, you may be able to find your dream puppy without having to give thousands of dollars for sick puppies.

This place was amazing!! Where to begin… when I first came in I saw this cute little guy and wanted him immediately. I was told he would be ready to buy in two weeks and in that time I could come visit however many times I wanted and play with him. Every day I visited, the owner, Steve, and Paula were very welcoming and kind. They were super helpful and friendly. I purchased him today and Steve was so kind telling me his meal plan and vitamine instructions. They gave me a bunch of free stuff like food, pee pads, bowls, toys… etc. I am super happy with my experience there. The dogs are priced fairly and taken care of really well. I’d recommend this store to anyone!

Prices may vary for many reasons. He has great prices. We purchased a dog and saved approximately $1,000 in comparison to other places. I recommend that you go in person and ask.
