I came to get my COVID shot and I am from Merced. I work 7 days a week and barely have any time. When I made the time to come get my shot, they did not bother to notify me that they were not giving out shots today. EVEN THOUGH I was SCHEDULED to get my shot today. I wasn’t even a walk in patient. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. This is unacceptable.

I had my brother pick up my prescription since I had surgery. I though I had 2, so he ends up calling me saying he only got 1. So I called the pharmacy asked if it was 1 or 2 that were prescribed. She said 1 super rude. I replied with “ok I just wanted to double make sure thank you” and this lady just hung up. This was my second time being there and let me tell you first time was not pleasant either. I understand we all have bad days but 2 times in a row is more than enough. Will not go back EVER!
