Always friendly staff and helpful if needed however.... since it joined "Cornerstone" I've noticed a major loss in stacking integrity. Literally, only Jesus can hold some of these loads together for transport, and I'm not talking about Juanita's cuz...! The loads already are poorly set up to damage the securement without any protection provided i.e. cardboard. I <always> find random pieces of wood as well that have no reason and would only fly off, hidden throughout the poorly stacked loads. Frankly, it's not paying with the times and additionally doesn't equate a juice drink, like that first time you had a juicer but, only one orange!
