I quickly got in and got my vehicle. No issues. I did notice some kind of partnership with Hertz which worried me slightly with Hertz calling police about their cars being stolen while under valid contracts. But thankfully, no issues. Great rental.

I saw a bunch of horrible reviews, but I had a great experience. In fact, I decided to rent from them because the representatives at Avis were rude, enterprise was closed, and Hertz couldn’t rent me a car from their location (everything needed to be done online). What I found were very nice people. Johnathan and Kenny at the front desk were extremely nice and professional. When I dropped off the car, the guy was nice as well. The price was great. The service was great. I’m going back next time I need to rent a car, and by the look of the reviews, I’ll have the whole place to myself. Better for me.

Thrifty Dollar and Hertz they are all owned by Hertz and they are horrendous! They will charge your card randomly after your account is closed and continue to charge your card for invalid charges. They will not send you bills for the charges, when you try to contact them to dispute it, once you realized they been charging your card they give you the run around! Do not rent cars from them. I am currently disputing over $600 for miscellaneous charges. I will report them to the BBB. Because this is RIDICULOUS!!,

I made a reservation online. When I went to the office to pick up the car, the person on the from desk told me they didn’t have more cars. They charge me collision damage. The person taking care at the front desk didn’t want to cancel my booking. I never received a car and still didn’t refund the collision damage they took out of my card.
