Totally scamed. Not trying to put any dirt into this great company but we got scamed by these guys into this branch. We used their parking lot. Left the stuff into the car during the rental, when we get back next morning, the car was missing and was given to someone else. Sorry Enterprise!! I respect your reputation, but you scamed us indirectly through your employees. Maybe you should check who you are hiring. Appreciated if it is taken into consideration.

Impressive rental branch - Cathryn (branch manager) was clear, informed, helpful and thoughtful in her recommendations to help me throughout a long-term, multi-month rental. Even when I added some changes she was consistently proactive and helpful. She was great and her team members all showed similar positive characteristics. I would happily rent here again and recommend this team.

worst experience ever at an enterprise center. They charged me for five days when I used the car only for three days. Charges were more than double of what I suppose to pay initially. First she told me I have to return the car by noon, I was six hours away from this office so I let her know I will be late and can charge for one day extra. Then she threatened me that I'm not authorized to drive the car after 9 AM and can report it on same day when she already told me I have to be back by 12. And it all happened while I was driving I told her give me few minutes I will stop and talk to you but no she wanted my credit card details at that moment only and after taking details she hung up the phone. Never going back again.
