ATT internet worst customer service I've ever experienced. Can never get them on phone and if you do it's a poorly trained service rep who wastes your time just to tell you they can't help and must forward you to the tech department. They have no in store internet support , this is the store i went to ask for help and the man just tells me he doesn't do that , and tries to sell me a cell phone plan instead . WOW !!

If you have the my att app on your phone you can check there, also... this doesn't really get seen by the store, just ppl around the areas.

Please avoid ambiguity! State clearly the Memorial Day hours; saying that " the Memorial Holiday may affect the hours", does not let us know whether come in today or plan for another day. An owner should be more definite about his/her business.
