I had a wild goose chase through NYC to recover two valuable items left in my rental car. The car ultimately ended up at this location and thanks to the help and honesty of Anjou and Mandre, my items were returned safely. I couldn't be more impressed and appreciative of Avis/Budget's team and customer service.

Terrible service, collection of car was 4 hours late due to being oversold. Small compensation offer was not applied at return so more issues. No apologies offer, manager could not have cared… As a follow- the Avis franchisee did eventually respond but the detail of that response was so scripted and irrelevant that it infuriated me even more. Clearly they think their customers are not empowered with the ability to think. Anyway- your choice to use them or not! In response to the above The customer service person responsible for the case advise they would advise Avis HO staff - I am sure it no surprise that no one from Avis has either commented or contact me to offer any opportunity to discuss the issues or the circumstances of the above. The franchisee is clearly NOT interested in the issues of seeking honesty or improvement in their operations.

If you want a car with carpet engrained dog hair, that hasn't been cleaned for weeks, want to wait 30 mins on a Saturday lunchtime to collect a car....then this is the place for you. If you'd also want a car that does not lock with your possessions in it....also, this is the place to go. Awful service for Avis....would expect far better
