Getting the car at LaGuardia was horrible. Both people working at the counter at 6pm on July 12th were on their cell phones when we walked in. No other customers were there. After about 5 minutes, we were finally helped. Process was fast, but used the restroom only to find someone had thrown up everywhere. Car was barely clean but we took it just to get out of there. Returning car to Newark was wonderful!! Charles, who helped us was AMAZING! Friendly and very helpful.

Enterprise was a great help to us. Our airline cancelled our flight last minute and we had to scramble to change our rental car from Newark (pickup) to LaGuardia, but keep our Newark drop off. Within 5 minutes they were able to do that for me. Also, the attendants in LaGuardia were very helpful, and Lance was able to guide us in the right direction. I would definitely recommend Enterprise

LGA is a complete mess. You have to take two shuttles to get to enterprise which sits slightly outside the airport itself. The enterprise shuttle bus driver decided not to turn on the A/C so everyone was sweating on the ride over. Our vehicle windows were absolutely filthy, we had to clean them several times. The staff is friendly, but they could improve the vehicle cleanliness.

Received a bill 6 months after my rental - after we were told that we would not be charged for picking up rental a few hours earlier than reservation time. We rented a car for a two week road trip October/November 2021. Our flight changed to an earlier time, so we arrived a few hours earlier than planned. I explained this to the Enterprise staff at the front desk (airport) and asked if we would be able to get a car earlier than the time on my reservation. I was worried that they might not have a car available, but they said that they did. I also asked if we would be charged for picking up a few hours earlier than our reservation time, and they said, “It’s not a problem. No, you won’t be charged.” Well, 6 months later, I just received a bill for $133.57 on April 6, 2022, for picking up my rental at 11:28am, instead of my reservation time of 4 or 5pm. I have already spoken to someone that states that they speak on behalf of Jenelle, the manager. She said because they do not have any documentation from the representative stating that there would be no charge, that I owe and need to pay. She also advised, “there’s nothing I can do.” Of course I expressed that I feel like it’s wrong for them to tell a customer one thing, and then send a bill almost 6 months later. After a few minutes on the phone, she asked if I would hold for a few minutes, and put me on hold. I assumed that she was going to speak to the manager and get back on the line with me, but after several minutes of holding I was disconnected. No return call.

I recently returned the car at 4am at Kansas City airport. There was no one to receive the car from Enterprise. However, instructions to leave the car unlocked, inside the lot. I was required to leave the key in the car. It was a pleasant experience. :)

You have to catch the blue or red airport shuttle bus at LGA and go to terminal A where you can find all the shuttles to different rental car providers which would take you to respective car rental office. That's the easiest way to get there.

Very close, like legit across the street. Only issue is that due to construction, it will take u ages to get there and back using the shuttle. U actually need to take 2 shuttles. My advice: uber. Its worth the few dollars. I was there a few days ago. I took the shuttle from terminal D and it took more than 45 minutes. On the way back i took an uber and it took 5 minutes
This is considered an airport location, so I don't believe they do drop-offs other than to the airport (they have a free and frequent airport shuttle bus). Best bet is to schedule an Uber from Enterprise to the subway station. Or you could take the free Enterprise shuttle to the airport, then take the Air Train from the airport, transfer to the subway, then head to Manhattan. That last option is less $, but longer time. Enjoy your time in NYC!

Let me offer you some help help here. I had great experience renting car from there. From airport, catch a BLUE bus to reach a hub, from there enterprise shuttle will take you to your car. Return is also same way. It's easy..! There are sign boards for your help. Nothing to worry, just keep some extra time becaue now some renovation is happening at the airport area.
