Valet parking only, pay per vehicle. Otherwise you need to use street parking which is close to the hotel but finding a spot is hit or miss and most of the day it's not free. Probably won't find a good place to park 2 cars together on the street unless you use a paid lot or arrive very late at night.
Yes, there is parking across the street. You may self park or use the valet. There are also 2 large parking garages a few block south of the hotel on both SW 3rd & 4th Ave. It may be easier to park vehicles together there.
I've gotten deals where parking for one vehicle is included in the room price and as others have said, you could pay the extra 35$ a day and park across the street. Same lot. You can see it from Street view, if that helps

Agreed. Any way to avoid the second vehicle? It is about $30 a day for parking in their parking garage.
