They put us right above the banquet room with a party so loud going on inside that it was setting off car alarms in the parking lot. Yes, it was THAT loud. We have to be up at 4am too and the front desk only "told" the party to turn it down, which they flat out ignored. If you can't control what is going on in your own banquet room then maybe not have parties there? Or fine the people for excessive noise? Do something besides throwing your hands up and saying you just "told" them to be quieter. Party was also supposed to end at 9pm but it continues well past that. The hotel is probably fine if no one is in the banquet room or they are smart and move you to a different side of the building but definitely check before you book.

The guest service was very respectful and attentive with excellent attitudes from all staff. They provided guidance from pick up to take me where I wanted to go and eat with many suggestions. The rooms are nice and have a microwave and small refrigerator. The customer service was the integral component.

My wife was coordinating my brother's wedding. We reserved the banquet room for the ceremony and reception. We had a beyond pleasant experience using this place to host a wedding party. Dewey was incredible and accommodated us accordingly. I wish I could give 6/5 stars! Very impressed with the service and helpfulness of the staff! They will definitely be getting my business again!

Our family had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. The front desk always provided all the necessary information and directions, or towels, etc. upon request. The interior is very nice, clean and cozy. The beds are comfortable and our daughter several times said that it's actually the best mattress ever. Despite the close proximity to the airport, we didn't hear the noise coming from the outside, only when a few times the neighbors were approaching their rooms and talking loudly that we could be disturbed, but it was all appropriate. Having a microwave and a refrigerator was great. We only wish that it was a little bigger in size, as the drawers are too narrow and there is more space in the freezer than the actual refrigerator. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.
