Good location for OHSU. Rooms were large and clean. Good restraunts and store nearby. Manager friendly and helpful. Facility needs maintenence, newcarpets, furniture etc. Overall, a good motel.

Staff was helpfull Jacuzzi tub was great, room was clean and everything was in order. No breakfast provided even though online it said it was. No hot tub open When u call, get a price and a reservation set they don't say anything about $100 deposit that is fully refunded 24 hours after check out if everything is in order and not damaged. Also when I called yes pets are welcomed. But when I checked in almost $20 per ped per day was added. And I had to sign a paper stating they could kick my pet out if they so decided even if friendly even if no problems arise.

Very friendly check in. Fast check in. Clean grounds outside, clean inside hallways, very clean room. Furniture looks a little beat up (the couch), but is clean. Bathroom vanity and shower looked clean. Shower head over 6’ high, water pressure fine. A/C works really good. Elevator worked fine, was clean. Bed is comfortable. Semi firm and firm pillows. Microwave and fridge clean and functional. Room nicely lit. Location seems safe and is quiet. Nice variety of food options. Pizza place right next door, mcdonalds, japanese, wings, thai, 2 coffee places, middle eastern. I would stay here again.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The front desk manager was horrible. I wanted the room inspected before I left so he couldn’t falsely claim he had a reason to keep the $100 deposit. I could tell this was a shady place that would do something like that. The manager refused over and over and over again to inspect the room in my presence. Sure enough he actually had the nerve to charge me $100. I called and was told it was for smoking in the room. What a liar! He knew I took a video of the room and that was the one thing a video couldn’t prove. When I checked in, the room stunk like mold and cigarettes covered up with the overwhelming odor of deodorizer. The bedspread and pillow cases were stained. The sheets were threadbare. The towels were tiny and felt like sandpaper. The street noise was really loud. The parking lot was filthy. I saw a rat run across the parking lot, no joke. Like I said, the worst experience ever.
