Me and my friend went to this place last weekend and we had a wonderful experience staying here recommended by my friend's mom. We first get here and we were greeted by the associate and he helped us get our bags out and asked if we wanted to do the valet parking. He even held the door open for us. He was wonderful for our 2 night stay and even remember us when we came back to the hotel several times. The desk employee was also wonderful. Elegant looking inside the place. Wonderful stay! I will stay here again if I come to Portland again.

We had an amazing stay and the staff really showed an incredible standard of customer service. We were traveling with an elderly disabled family member so they switched our room so that we would be in a room designated for disabilities, which made it easier for my mother to bathe. They provided a shower chair for our room and had a wheelchair she was able to use so that she could enjoy the city and enjoy it she did. I would recommend their establishment a million times over. Way to kill it guys!

Loved our stay here! The accommodations were great and the customer service was excellent. The location was perfect for all the things we had planned on our stay. Three minute walk to the Portland Art Museum and close to shops and food. Loved taking a 5 minute down to Pioneer Square for Breakfast every day at the Fried Egg I Love You food truck. The on-site Swine Whiskey Bar was a fun place to end the evenings. The Bar had a good selection of Whiskey including some local whiskies we hadn’t ever tried and the Craft Cocktails were good too. The Parking was literally across the street and offered a safe place to park at a good rate. The attendants offered good customer service as well. Overall excellent stay and will definitely be returning!

We only stayed a couple days but it was a nice stay, quiet and clean, the bathroom had a tub and shower which was really nice to relax in after a long drive. Walking distance to nice restaurants and coffee shops. Friendly workers and over all good stay. I would stay again. I just wish they had valet parking.

The hotel's construction was completed in 2000, so it's older than 18, but not quite 21 yet.
Hi Kristi, we apologize for the late response! So glad you enjoyed the bath salts, they are by Gilchrist & Soames. Here is a link to the item on their site. https://www.gilchristsoames.com/hair-body/bath-body/bath-salts-crystals.html
