Great Hotel! It’s located in a pretty good area, the parking is fairly priced, complimentary water bottle (it’s so hard to find good drinking water in Portland without spending a bunch), spotless room, beautifully soft bedding and robes, a considerate staff, 1/2 the price of a similar nearby hotel, and simple/quick check in/out process. They allow dogs so there was occasional barking but they are quick to accommodate if it becomes an issue. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again if I’m in a city with one!

This was our first stay and I will definitely consider this hotel again in Portland or it's other locations. This is a dog friendly hotel that was very clean and very friendly. Love that they had a jar of complimentary dog treats beside the ice pineapple water and coffee. $10 daily credit was also a welcome surprise. We stopped at the bar for a glass of wine and quick snack. Rich, the bartender, was nice and SUPER helpful with a recommendation of the hummus plate. Pita, hummus, vegetables, feta, and a kick of spiciness. Perfect recommendation. The room was very nice and the pineapple glass mugs for the coffee and yellow robes was a nice touch to top off the "pineapple" experience. The only concern I had was that the room was cold. The heat blew cold air, which is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Can't complain too much about that because we didn't report it. I think because the soft fluffy comfortable comforters helped us to stay warm.

This is now one of my favourite hotel chains and I can't wait to visit more of them. It's such a chill vibe, but while maintaining excellent service. The staff were so helpful and friendly and of course they are SUPER dog friendly which was amazing. We've traveled a lot with our dogs and have never come across a place like this that is so welcoming to the dogs. Extra nice touches are the robes and free water bottles. The food and drinks at the restaurant were really good as well. And the location can't be beat. Right on the river and near all the shops and sights downtown and walking distance to the Saturday market. Can't wait to come back!

There was a few things about this hotel that we loved and enjoyed. One of those things was Kennedy - He was amazing! He was very accommodating and tried his best to help us. The things we did not appreciate were - 1. Hotel had absolutely no hott water. Was horrible to take a shower in. 2. No where online or through the third party app I booked with did it state that we would be charged for parking. 3. No where did it state we would be charged an additional $200+ on top of the price we paid for the room which was $250 just to book the room. 4. The first room we were in was dirty. Kennedy made sure that we enjoyed our anniversary, even though there was nothing nice in the hotel room like I had asked for. Going forward, it is a cute hotel, way overpriced, amazing customer service. But will never stay again.
