The housekeeping and breakfast room staff were very helpful. The lady who checked us in was also helpful, but she was only there the first day of a 5 night stay. Often, there was no one at the front desk, just a sign with the corporate office phone number. The breakfast was abysmal. Sometimes there was fresh fruit. Yogurt on the first day only. The waffle batter wasn’t right, waffles were just crumbles. Juice was empty often. No syrup for 3 days. Blueberry Muffins were the only pastry choice. A couple bread choices. All vending machines were non functional. No laundry supplies were available . The bed and sofa were uncomfortable . We are going to a different motel chain.

Positive: Excellent location, clean bathroom, friendly staff and warm swimming pool. The staff explained why can't serve warm breakfast which was understandable (covid). Next time ¿¿ Negative: None

The service here was nice, but nothing else was. The room had a fried electrical socket, huge stain on the sheet, drink stain rings on the table, reflective liquid stains on the wall, bed was one of those old hard spring beds, pool felt cold, room smelled strongly of Incense. The front desk was nice, but was really trying to get me to switch rooms when me and my girlfriend were really just trying to get refunded and go home. We were in the room for 20 minutes and didn't really touch anything. However, they did promise to refund me which was good. Everything in the hotel appeared to be original from when they opened, with the 1970s wallpaper and old old couch. I feel like they should do a renovation, at the very least update their mattresses. I'm just trying to be honest. Honestly this place is fine for a one nighter, but it could be a lot better. The Comfort Inn south of here a few miles is newly renovated and really nice. Also they have a 24 hour pool which is amazing for a date night. It's worth the extra $20.

One of the best prices in the area, especially considering the indoor pool and included breakfast, which was limited grab and go. Still, most other hotels in the price range didn't include any perks. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly. All we needed for our trip to Portland.
