Rooms are nice. Customer service is a 0. I chose to stay here for the airport shuttle and nowhere upon making a reservation was it an option to schedule a shuttle. I now have the expense of an Uber and the stress of not having a guaranteed ride so I don’t miss my flight. Front desk clerk was rude and snarky and offered no solution to my problem other than to suggest she cancel my reservation and I stay elsewhere.

You and your belongings are NOT safe here. My experience with the hotel was great until the catalytic converter was cut out of my car. Upon speaking to staff and the tow truck driver, it seems to be happening quite often to guests staying at SpringHill Suites. The area seems nice because it’s close to the airport but don’t be fooled, it’s a prime target area for theft. Despite this, the hotel has done nothing to mitigate the problem. My largest complaint with the hotel in regards to this is that they have posted signage all over the parking lot saying “24 hour surveillance” when in fact they don’t. The same morning I discovered my car was tampered with, a couple and their baby were pepper sprayed in the parking lot when they discovered thieves rummaging through their vehicle. This was approx 9AM in BROAD DAYLIGHT.

Rooms are good , closer to all amenities but the breakfast is not so great. it was literally empty around 8am on Sunday even though it is open until 10AM. The lady in the breakfast kitchen was always watching us on how long we ate and behaved rude when we tried to take food to room for the person staying in the room! I felt Super annoying experience at Marriott hotel first time. I literally ate less and just waiting for my parents to join us in the breakfast room. I expect some privacy and respect in the hotel and I don't want anyone to ask the question such as why are you in the breakfast for long !
