If I could I would give 10/5 stars. Honestly from the moment we got here we left like we could be at home. The staff were great, the breakfast was decent for a continental breakfast and everything was clean. We did call to check about a play pen and we’re told it was first come first serve which ended up being fine as the hotel we stayed at the night before didn’t have any so we had to get our own. This hotel is kid and dog friendly and I will be telling anyone going to Portland to check them out. Great roof top patio and pool as well. Water and coffee available in the lobby and a to go breakfast brown bag in the morning. I think that’s it. Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.

Excellent hotel. Nothing against Hampton Inns, we stay in the all the time, but this property is much nicer than most Hampton Inn properties. Room was super comfortable and quiet, common areas very open and inviting, and service was top notch- from front desk, breakfast attendants and valets...everybody was very friendly. The location of the hotel was great too- close to lots of attractions and places to eat. Only downside might be the price for parking. I think it was about $45 per day. Some may say that's a little steep, but I guess it's the going rate for most big city hotels. All in all, highly recommend this Hampton Inn.

Very delighted of the location! Most attraction are within 15 min or less. Rooms were very clean as showed in many pictures. I do have to say that the sheets used are not comforters, they are the thin sheets; provided minimal warmth. Breakfast was very satisfying! I was very glad with the selections, thankful it was not a grab and go type of breakfast. Hot breakfast is always preferable. All the staff were friendly and helpful!

Wonderful staff, excellent valet. The pool is incredibly kid friendly, very busy but good. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The in hotel restaurant has amazing food for reasonable prices. A special shout out to Dan the Man at the front desk for amazing service and a friendly and welcoming demeanor.

They have valet service from $40/night, where they store your vehicle on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Otherwise there's metered street parking or nearby garages.
You are in a nice safe area with a lot of walkable options or a short lyft ride.
No just the work out room
Depends on your Hilton Honors level and if they have availability. The most I received was an hour past. I was almost a Diamond too.
I don't believe that they run any type of shuttle service
Uber or taxi service. You could also use McHenry limo.
Thank you for your inqury. At this time, we do not offer any shuttle service to the airport. However, with a short walk, you can ride the Max Red Line train to and from the airport for $2.50 each way.
It's steep. I believe $37 per 24 hrs. If you don't mind the inconvenience, there's PLENTY of street parking that is $2/hr(2 hrs max), that you don't have to pay for until 8am Mon-Sat and not until 1pm on Sundays! We were gone most of the day and paid $6 total for the 3 days we stayed there.
