Nice hotel in city center. Spacious rooms with nice showers, nice bar area, wonderful and fairly priced breakfast, hang out roof top area, easy in/out self parking (also have a valet). Nice vibe overall. The bar could Improve with more selection, but there are many neighborhood choices. Close to any restaurants and bars, transit lines, etc. Would recommend for business or pleasure in Portland.

Nice clean hotel. Pros- location is a big plus Parking garage inside is convenient. It is around 30 $ per day though Clean and upgraded rooms Cons - breakfast was not great. Very limited options to buy from the restaurant downstairs and they don’t do room service cos of covid

We stayed here a couple weeks ago with our 2 kids. One toddler and one infant. We picked this 4.5 star hotel hoping it would be clean, especially with 2 kids that are active and I have bottles that need to be cleaned and sanitized. This property was not clean. The carpet was gross, there was so much dirt in every corner. The washroom had black mould in the tub and sink. I had requested a room with 2 sinks as shown in the pictures, I did not get it. I wanted one sink for washing the baby bottles. I always made sure our toddler had something on his feet before walking on the carpet, and the sofa in the room was quite disgusting as well. They were definitely understaffed as any request (towels, cutlery to feed the kids etc) would take a couple calls and some time before delivered. I had to go downstairs myself once for cutlery as they straight up just told me no one is available to deliver. Sometimes the front desk staff themselves would have to come. Even the bell man had to be called over from the hotel across the street. So yes, this definitely is not a 4.5 star hotel. For us cleanliness and service are the 2 most important things, and this hotel had neither. I will say the front desk staff was very friendly and as helpful as they could be. They definitely tried their best.

Excellent stay! Having the attached self parking garage with a great rate that included parking was extremely convenient and a big deal for us! Good location. Room was nicely appointed, clean, and had a really good view of the city from the 19th floor. The bed was so comfortable. Friendly staff as well. They have a nice indoor pool, although did not have the time to use it. I would definitely stay here again and can recommend it to anyone!
