I haven't even made it past the front desk and already they are making me feel unwelcome. The area is shady. Don't be fooled by the. Lavish looking front entrance. This place does not care about making you feel welcome. The front desk lady (Amy) answered her personal phone while "trying" to check me in. When I mentioned bad review about their customer service she didn't seem suprised.

Positive: Delicious breakfast! Clean room,great water pressure! Negative: Still running on a shortened pandemic staff so no daily cleaning or towel service. Had to go to front desk to request clean towels. ( our stay was 4 nights but we were helping with our daughter's kitchen remodeling, so we needed daily showers!)

Unpleasant check-in experience probably soured my stay, but the staff was rude and unhelpful. The room was not fully cleaned. Garbage was still in the cans. They would not honor my reservation and charged me for the services of the hotel that I was unable to use. I will not stay here again. Lesson learned. Oh and the room was full of ants.

The parkrose/Sumner MAX (tram) station is about a 5 minute walk away. Public transit day passes are $5. There is also a BW shuttle that can take you from/to the airport.
Our park and fly option is currently suspended until the end of September 2018 due to our smaller parking lot and high demand. We can still accommodate your over night stays, you would just have to pay to park your car short/long term at PDX or park and fly.
