Mario, the leasing consultant, was so incredibly helpful with accommodating my partner and I’s work schedule so we could view the available apartments and was a great point of reference for all of our questions about the leasing process. Overall very happy that we chose Eagle Rock as our home!!

My family has lived in Nesconset for 8 years. Recently, we moved into another apartment that was newly renovated within the complex. We love the color choices and the spacious rooms. We are very happy. The staff is very friendly and helpful and are like family to us. This location does not have much to offer but it’s home. I would like to see them build an area where families can get together with the kids to socialize and play together.

I had been living in this community for almost one year, from June 2019 to May 2020. This community is small but nice. It nears the shopping places, only 5mins drive away from Costco. Neighbors in this community are very kind and friendly. The management team is very professional to keep the community in order and the apartments comfortable. Mary at the leasing office is a very nice lady, she replies email quick and is really helpful to solve the problems. Mike, the man in charge of maintenance, is very professional and does things quick and efficient. I often met Mike in the community, he is a very kind person, too. The landlord of the apartments is the Eagle Rock management company. Unlike some other bad landlords in this region, the Eagle Rock does things fair. If you keep the apartment clean and keep the appliances work normally, the company won’t charge you security deposit with strange reasons. During the horrible COVID-19 epidemic, this apartment is the ultimate shelter to keep my family safe. I may always remember those wonderful days in NY. I enjoyed my days in NY, and part of the reason is that I had a good experience in renting apartment here. The following was post one year ago when I just moved in. ----------------------------------------------------------- I am ready to move into this community on Sunday. People here are so nice that they gave me a really warm welcome. The community is neat and well maintenanced. Hope my live here will be as happy as this very first day. I will keep on post my lives here~~~~

Super quick response regarding everything and AMAZING service. I would highly recommend Mary as well as the Eagle Rock community. Very impressed!
