The hotel is fine. We called and tried to make a reservation- they sent us to the company number for reservations. We told them how long we were traveling and that we wanted a park and fly. They quested us a price and we headed out for our vacation and a very early flight. When we arrived they changed the price to double what was quoted us. It was late and we had an early flight so we were sort of stuck. We left on our trip and when we returned we found that someone drilled a hole in our gas tank and stole our gas. When we told the manager his response was “Okay thanks.” Literally terrible experience from the start to finish and his response “okay thanks.”

My friend booked for 2 nights, with 2 beds in the room. They arrived and we're unable to get a room with 2 beds until the 3rd time they were sent up to a room. Then, after they finally got into the right room, they were told that the front desk couldn't figure out how to book them for another night, and were told to try again in the morning. They tried in the morning and all of the rooms with 2 beds were booked. No refund issued, pretty obnoxious. I will say, the amenities were very nice and clean and the rooms seemed pretty clean, at least from my perspective, having severe dust and mold allergies.

Positive: The best part of this hotel is the cleanliness and hot breakfast. Very rare to see turkey sausage instead of pork sausage/bacon. Good variety of food. Negative: When I slipped and fell in the bathtub/shower, my daughter made it known to the front desk and there was no concern for me nor was there any solutions given. My daughter asked for a bath mat and was told that they didn¿t have any.

Positive: Free parking and close to shopping and food. Negative: Location was too loud - planes, key card is required everywhere but the elevators, room was too small for six people, not enough toilet paper or towels, pool was open only for two thirds of the stay, unorganized kitchen and small tables to eat at... :(
