There is a garage next door that the hotel uses. Keep in mind it's very expensive to park there, $30+ and it is not a secure garage. I stayed at the Embassy Suites during Christmas and my car was broken into Christmas night. My suggestion would be to take uber or a cab and not park there at all. Maybe you can find a secure garage nearby. I will never park there again!
Up one block on pine you will find a parking garage next to the enterprise rentacar sign. This will be $15-$20/night versus $50/night through Embassy's valet.
I dropped my rental car off at the airport and used the Portland light rail for this leg of my journey. There is a light rail station at the airport and another one about 2 blocks from the hotel. Very easy and cheap!
