Laura the manager is inconsistent with following up with complaints or money being owed back to customer and leasing agents are unprofessional. It take almost a week for them to Give A update of my refund. They are very misleading

All i can honestly say is personally I've not had any inconsistent with Laura neither have I've observed any unprofessionalism from leasing agents.Often our frustration can effect our better judgement.I recommend you personally go speak with Laura and Janet.Having a one on one with the management can resolve any concerns.

Read the Lease carefully
