I've lived at the Mondrian for almost 6 years now, and its been a wonderful experience. I have nothing bad to say as this apartment is well kept and in the best location of uptown. I also believe that the value for this apartment is really good compared to the other rentals available in the area. I've also transferred units within the building and the process was easy as can be. Sadly, I'm finally leaving the building as I'm moving to another state. But I wanted to give a shout out to Colleen and Rebecca. Thank you Colleen for being the best concierge we've ever had, and there's been a lot of other good ones. Thank you Rebecca for going above and beyond in the leasing office to assist with our move out, you really helped us out when we were in a tough predicament towards the end of our stay! Highly recommend this building for anyone who is looking to lease.
