Omg what a wonderful experience. I was very stressed out about moving out of my place that I've been living there for over 9 years. Katie took extremely good care of me even recommended somebody in the building that helps people move. The moving guys were so amazing and sweet and really understanding of my needs.Really am blessed and grateful to be part of this building. The staff here is friendly courteous understanding and willing to make everything run smoothly. The concierge heaven was very knowledgeable of any questions I've had and was easy to talk to you. Thank you guys for giving me such a wonderful experience.

Honestly, DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE if you are in the market for a new place to call home. Management of this place is clearly a joke. I do not enjoy having my time wasted and that is exactly what happened. I am writing this review WITHOUT even touring the apartment or speaking with one of their lazy "leasing agents". I had scheduled a tour 3 weeks ago that was scheduled for today at 1 pm. I received several confirmations for this appointment, and when we arrived 10 minutes before our scheduled time the girl at the front desk seemed extremely confused with no knowledge of this appointment. She told us to have a seat and that someone would be with us shortly.....30 minutes later we still hadn't been acknowledged (every single employee refused to make eye contact and ignored us/or was on their phone)...and when my husband asks how much longer we can anticipate waiting he was again told "someone will be with you shortly". Long story short, after the frustration of continuing to wait, we ended up leaving feeling extremely disrespected. That is how you treat potential new tenants? Disgusting. I am not one to write reviews by any means, but my husband and I drove 9 hours yesterday to come to Dallas for multiple appointments looking for a new home. Mosaic Dallas was quite honestly one of our first picks due to how the website appeared. For the duration of time we spent there we saw questionable people just kind of roaming around and it led us to question our own safety just being in the lobby. After this experience we feel like we have dodged a massive bullet.
