I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to nobody I’ve only lived in these apartments for 4 months before I moved in they pushed my move in date back 3 times then after I payed money to move in I was told I couldn’t move in then they had a glitch and messed up my first rent didn’t get a mailbox key til 2 months after moving in there maintenance don’t do there job won’t fix anything there valet don’t do there job doesn’t pick up trash I have to walk my own trash and neither does the women in the office now that they have a new management only being 4 months into my lease and they changed my rent they increased my rent up 200 dollars saying that it’s water fees and etc when I signed my lease I was told all of that was in included into my rent I already had to pay these apartments are a rip off and aren’t worth money

Do not move here if you have any other decent options. Majority of the office staff is nice minus the property manager and another person who I spoke with today but can’t recall her name. I’ve had nothing but issues since I moved over here. Beginning before I moved, the unit I applied to was still being living in and I wasn’t I formed until two days before I was supposed to move after I had services set up. I was able to move the next week into a different unit but same floor plan and same rent which helped. Once I moved in, I had mostly minor cosmetic issues. However, I’ve had electric issues since day one. If I use a certain plug in my living room it turns my light on/off in the kitchen. My dishwasher only works if the garbage disposal is on. The lights in my living room cut off spontaneously. My A/C also spontaneously stops and starts working. There’s definitely an ant problem here as well. It’s an upgraded unit so it looks nice but you can tell whoever did the renovations didn’t take pride in their work. Some of my handles are crooked. I have a shelf missing in one of my cabinets. I was told my tub was “resurfaced” however it’s constantly peeling and was doing so when I moved in. My front door doesn’t close all the way. Even though it’s locked there’s still a crack in the door. Being 7 months pregnant with other small kids makes me feel super unsafe here. & I feel like at any point the side wall of my sink will collapse. None of these things have been addressed aside from my dishwasher even though I was told service requests would be put in for these issues. I was informed today that I would have to put the requests in myself. My trash has never been picked up despite me paying $25 monthly for valet trash (I’ve only been here 1 month). The outside of these apartments are not kept up at all. The trash cans constantly have trash everywhere. The mailbox area has multiple mailboxes open like it’s been broken into. Parking is absolutely horrendous where my apartment is. I’m really trying to give this place a chance but it’s a constant struggle of things not working and shutting off. Then today one of the ladies in the office thought it was a good idea to argue and try to chastise me like I was a child. She was mad because I was aggravated and wouldn’t “calm down”. Well I’m sure when you go home your A/C works so telling a frustrated person to calm down isn’t the best foot forward. I know that if moving forward my requests aren’t granted that’s it’s retaliation from that lady. I can’t wait until my lease is up.

The people at the front were nice and this one woman I worked with was super helpful with the application process. So far things have been good working with them.

must have a good background but not to hard let them run it and they will work with certain cases.
That differs case by case. They are open, you can give them a call.
Do you a one bedroom available now, or in the next week or two?
The area itself is not the best, BUT I have been living at forest cove for over a year now and I have had zero isssues with insecurity. I have gone to bed without locking the door(by accident) I had a huge box from target delivered and it was left outside of my door since about 10 am and when I got home at 6:30 it was still there. I go out and come home at 2 or 3 am sometimes and obviously am aware of my surroundings but I’m not scared and haven’t had any issues.

No they don't. It's an apartment. You pay monthly. But the budget suites down the street is weekly, bi weekly, and monthly.
Hope you were able to reach corporate. I saw animal services capturing the dogs yesterday. If you dont have your dogs, contact animal services... i.e...they do charge you for the boarding of your pets knowingly or unknowingly.
Amen I miss living there I wished they had made me feel safe.
