This is not a good place not anymore moved here 2015 everything was ok at first but after 2017 things got very bad a lot of robbery trash everywhere pools usually never clean the gym was not taken care of enough the office was always gilled with bad management and workers i feel bad for the maintenance staff they are well overworked and under staffed too thats why they take so ling to respond to fixings and Mainetence the pool was shut down for 2yrs the place is a mess and the stairs all of them are scary looking i stopped going outside to take bus to walmart nearby and other places cause i was scared neighborhood got worse too va is the only good thing around and the train station but i moved couldn’t take it anymore FO NOT MOVE HERE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO MOVE I ONLY SAY THIS CAUSE I CARE!!!! You can find something better

I highly recommend you DON’T move here!!! Let’s start with the office staff. Since I’ve lived here this is the 2nd management . The new manger Wendy just came in February 2022 does not care and her goal is to evict w/o even knowing the full detail of anything. They never answer the phone, do not listen and always try and rush you out of the office with their lies . The trash is terrible from it being left at the end of the hallway to the dumpsters oozing with trash . Oh and the gates never work they are always open. The apartments are newer but poorly built have leaks and the walls are paper thin!! You can hear everything. I advise you to be aware of your surroundings here there are homeless people wandering around and also sleeping on the stairs and in the garage . No security so many cars have been broken into and vandalized. Just so many reasons not to move to these poorly managed apartments. Save yourself and look elsewhere!!!
