I have been here for over 4 years and this place has been through ups and downs. The manager for the first year was great and kept up the property. The following two managers just let the place go. It had really gone downhill. My lease was coming due this year and I was planning on leaving; and then, Katie, the new manager, took over. In her short time here, she has truly turned this place around! Thank you Katie! Her assistant, Meia, who has been here for a couple years, has always been SOO friendly and helpful! I'm glad she stayed with us with throughout the management change. I cannot overlook two others that help keep this place together...Literally! Joseph, the maintenance manager, can now do the proper repairs that the property needs. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and knows what it takes to run a nice property like this is once again becoming. His head service tech, Juan, is as friendly and professional as they come. I am once again proud to say that I live at this AMLI property.

I absolutely love this community. I moved here from out of state, from a rural part of Oklahoma. It is so quiet here. Everyone is so respectful and the management staff is amazing.

Multiple bicycles, including mine, got stolen from the parking garage and they offer no assistance because it’s a “public space.” That’s right, an apartment which calls itself a luxury apartment doesn’t care about stolen property. Residents have even reported bicycles being stolen from storage units and have attempted to put up flyers which they were forced to put down. This apartment complex has serious issues with communication. I haven't even moved in yet and they are having issues with basic processes. Please proceed with caution if you value your time, money, or customer service. 1. During the tour, they stated my unit would have a washer/ dryer. The unit does not and I only found out it was the case when I verified after looking at other units and seeing they had w/d listed in the quote. I hadn't discovered this until after I submitted my application and was told that I would have to forfeit the application fee due to the amount of time elapsed or proceed with the application. 2. Sent the wrong cost for application fees in the portal, so I had to pay twice. 3. Lost the list of accent walls I would like painted. 4. I had asked the leasing office to verify that I could have my cable connected one day before moving into the apartment. They stated yes, and then turned away the technician because I have not "taken possession of the apartment" without telling me. Edit: Now that I’ve moved in, I can confirm that the apartment experience is as poor as the initial leasing experience. They take forever to resolve maintenance tasks and the electricity frequently goes out. Since I’ve moved in (less than a year) they have had 100% turnover in the front office. That should give you an indicator of how this property is managed. Furthermore, new management has been taken to assessing fines for the most minor of violations as a new revenue stream, while cutting the number of hours the office is open.
