We recently rented a car for a quick day trip from the Enterprise at the Dayton International Airport and was blown away by their customer service. We had a small issue and honestly we mentioned it more in passing than anything and they immediately stepped up to make it right. We will most definitely be renting from them in the future.

The vehicle we rented was good. The service reserving the vehicle was great, the pick up of the vehicle went fast and acceptable, but when I went to pick up the mini van I had reserved, there wasn't a mini van available. The attendant at Enterprise said I could rent a larger model Ford for the same rate. I agreed to rent the alternate vehicle. When I returned the vehicle I was in a big hurry and said for them to email me the final billing. When I received the email, they billed me for the larger vehicle (almost $500 more!). I have called Enterprise twice about the error. They said management would contact me in 24-48 hours. It's been one week and no response!! I think Enterprise has a lot of good people working with the public ,but, their management and customer service is very weak and non responsive. So overall, my experience is substandard. Bob

I’m very disappointed. I chose the prepay refueling option. Lastly because the rate was actually less than what the nearest gas stations were charging ($3.59 vs $3.79). Per the final invoice I drove the vehicle 71 miles yet they charged me $61 for the fuel? And it clearly states it was full when I picked it up. How can 71 miles equate to 17 gallons of gas needed to refuel. There is nothing you can do because they are understaffed and you hope they will be honorable and correctly calculate the fees. You have to get in the plane before the final bill is finished. Shame on you for your deceptive business practices. **as a note they reached out and made this right

Terrible experience here. I arrived close to midnight with one gentleman before me. I have the highest level corporate account so I usually just grab a car and checkout, 5 minutes or less. There was some issue so from start to finish it took well over 45 minutes. Add to this I kept trying to explain that my husband was back in the airport with our 5 month old baby and his phone died, but zero help there (they could've said "hey this'll take a while, why don't you walk over and get him). Finally, there's a 2 foot tall concrete bollard (those barrier things) right next to the exit. Not only did they force me to take an enormous, gas guzzling Chevy Tahoe, they didn't tell me to watch out or affix a flag or something to it so I scraped it. THERE IS LITERALLY NO WAY TO SEE THIS BOLLARD. It is covered in paint scraped so this seemingly happens a lot - all I can guess is they have some sort of racket where they charge an exorbitant amount for damages and pocket some of it? Why would you not care that your cars get repeatedly damaged? I reached out to Enterprise and had no response - they could care less about their customers.

If you want to drop any rental car at a different location it must be included in the rental agreement before you take possession of the car. Requesting or upgrading up grading your agreement en route will in fact cost you more. Know where to pick up and drop off.
The return location is directly across the street from the terminal definitely walking distance. There are shuttles to the economy lot that can be picked up in of the terminal that run every 15-20 min.
All of the pick up trucks that they carry (standard and premium pick ups) are the 4 door crew cabs.
As long as you have your flight attached to your reservation there will be a representative present up to two hours past their closing time. So if they close at 1 a they will stay until 3 a for a delayed flight.
