Don't go here. I've rented from Avis over 100+ times with my company. This location sent me a bill for smoking in car. I don't smoke, no one was with me. It's a joke, no, I have to fight it. Stay away. As for statement below. I did, you never emailed back.

If there was a 0 star I would select that. I got to the counter and was told my mystery car was a 12 passenger van. When I said I am not comfortable driving a vehicle that large in a city I have not been to they basically said too bad. Oh but I could pay to upgrade to a different car. I asked to speak to the manager and pointed out that a 12 passenger van is not in fact a car, but in some states a commercial vehicle. They refused to rent me a regular car with an up grade charge so I told them to cancel and rented a car else where. They did not cancel and I currently have a charge for the van that I did not take or sign for. I called their desk and they hung up on me. Avis National customer service assured me I would not be charged but I have. Never using Avis again.

I don't have an option for zero star. Reserved an intermediate and got the last 15-pax van at Dayton airport on 17 Nov 2022 after standing in line for 1 hour. Many of my colleagues (about 20) also in line did not receive any vehicle. I felt terrible and offered to take some in my vehicle since many were in the same hotel. This was a business trip, it will be the last one I will use Avis.
