We dealt with Arvin Ridley, he was very calm, friendly and informative. He was not pushy and gave us all the info we needed, let us look around the parking lot at the model of car we wanted to buy and let us go away to think about what we wanted to do. A week later we went back and was really helpful, the staff there are also very friendly, they offered us pizza and hot or cold drinks while we went through all of our choices with the purchase. When it came to picking the car up we took it out for a test drive and again was greeted by a smiling Arvin and friendly staff. All in all a great service by all, a great experience for our first time buying a new car... thank you! We highly recommend Arvin and joseph airport toyota.

I have never been treated so wonderful with the purchase of a vehicle! Arvin was so happy, and sweet! I needed a way to get the new car home. We had closed down the dealership to complete the transaction and then even though it was his birthday, Arvin drove my new car to my house and had his wife pick him up. And here I thought I had ruined his birthday. Arvin calls me periodically to check up and see how things are going and also to ask if I am ready for a new car yet. (The answer to that is no because I will drive the wheels off of it, get it fixed and drive it some more. Until the car's death do we part.) When I am ready for another vehicle, I will absolutely go back and ask for Arvin again. I have never had such a great experience buying anything. The world needs more Arvins. This man is truly a blessing to all he helps.

It basically mirrors new car coverage which means most all electrical, and mechanical systems with the exception of normal wear items like tires and brake pads. The paperwork that you receive at delivery includes a list of excluded items. Hopefully this helps.
