No cars available for rental when I got there, although I pre-booked and had someone else drive me 30 minutes to get there (no contact to tell me there were no cars) and had to leave in 6 hours for appointments. The lady who checked me out was so rude. After 5 business days they still have not returned my safety deposit of $250.

The vehicle I rented had trash in it and the attendant on duty for returning the vehicle was yelling and when I told him he didn’t need to be so rude, he said he was yelling at the customer in front of me. Very unprofessional and had me in tears even though it wasn’t me he was yelling at.

It was an "Eh" experience. The on site staff were good, but if you want to swap out a vehicle, you have to return to the location you rented from and talk to them in person because you cannot call them directly. All calls go to a remote location. Also, if you call to extend your vehicle return date, they charge you a $10 fee on top of the daily rate, even if it's only for a day. I don't know if I will do business with them again

I truly don't know. But beware of budget they will add on stuff and charge you for it.
You can use your debit card at basically all rental places. But make sure you bring with you copies of your most recent DPL/VECTRON bills with your name and current address. Also if you have a copy of your birth certificate and social security card. Then you should be good to go. Good luck

Typically, depending on the location you rent from you will also drop off at. If you are at Dayton International Airport, there are signs you can follow for drop off. I hope this answers your question, if not let me know and I'll try to go more in depth.
