If you want to drop any rental car at a different location it must be included in the rental agreement before you take possession of the car. Requesting or upgrading up grading your agreement en route will in fact cost you more. Know where to pick up and drop off.
I believe you can drop the car off at any enterprise location but it's a fee depending where you are dropping it off at but if you dont want to pay the fee just take it back to that location
