I sat in the car they never checked my wiper blades they never checked my air filter they left me over a half of a quart oil short the only thing that properly was done was the air pressure in my tires I'll email corporate with the copy of the bill and my complaint but nothing will happen after all they're not doing anything more than putting a pickle on a hamburger

What more can you ask for as far as convenience? My oil was changed while i sat in my car and it was done qwickly. The technician even checked all the other fluids and aired up all my tires to the same psi.

I was in the Dayton area for a baseball tournament for my son and I needed an oil change so I thought I would try this place. What a mistake. Performed the oil change Saturday morning around 8:35 AM didn’t notice until the next morning when we walked out of the hotel to see a puddle of oil underneath my Lexus. Throughout the day it ended up leaking more and more. Of course when I tried to call them all day Sunday they were closed. Then as you can see (attached pics) once I got home it continued to leak in my garage. I took it to a place locally here in Fort Wayne on Monday and they told me I was 3 quarts low due to the mechanics not replacing the gasket on the oil plug. I then had to pay for another oil change on top of the $81 I already spent at this incompetent place. So I guess buyer beware when you’re out of town and need an oil change because there’s not much you can do about it once you head back home. I will continue to try to call them to get a refund but at this point I don’t know how that will turn out. I will update once I get in contact with manager/owner.
