This flying jay has revitalized my thinking on Pilot/FlyingJ's. Wonderful people here! First off, right out of the gate I meet George and his good nature. A quick smile and you genuinely feel he is only focused on you. Not the other 12 jobs he's tending to. Very nice man. Second up was Melissa who greeted everyone she saw. Nice smile, friendly. Too bad that's not the norm in this world. You appreciate folks like those two, George and Melissa. Third up, and probably the best person to meet in your difficult day, was Jack. Jack does the showers and you'll appreciate his work if you use them. Clean, at work on them the moment you are finished, getting it ready for the next Driver. Hey, you've been out here, you know how long you normally have to wait...I was fourth in line. It took 24-28 minutes at most, and my number was called. Nobody enters Life and says "I want to clean Showers at the FlyingJ". But if you find yourself in the short term doing that job, and you do it with the professionalism Jack performs it at, you have my respect. I tipped him bc he earned the extra $10. Thank You All. Appreciate ya.

Awful cleanness of shower. Looks like they never cleaned this one. I told person in charge and they send some one to clean this up with offer of free drink. But it doesn't change the fact of shower not been ready for other person to come in and take a shower.

This Flying J has RV lanes! Located on the right side of property. Easy in & out from I-70. Cinnabon & Subway.

I work local out of Ohio on 3rd shift. This is one of my favorite Pilot/Flying J locations. The staff is very friendly and I appreciate them always having at least some hot food available during the night.
